Sundries

Three things to mention in this post – thus the post’s title.

1) My web designer figured out how to block the spammers. Yay!!!!!! This is a great thing. (Thank you, Carol!) I was deleting 100+ pieces of spam per week, all trying to sneak onto the site via the “comments” section. I trust it won’t inhibit folks with genuine comments – but the spammers were driving me nuts. I was about ready to make spamming a capital offense.

2) I’m in the studio this week, recording a Christmas cantata for 2011, “Wings of Joy.” Hal Leonard Music will be releasing it. The songs are all written by my friend, songwriter par excellence, Lowell Alexander. It’s been a privilege to work on it. The recording sessions are going swimmingly.

3) Deborah Craig-Claar (for those of you following this) is showing some improvement, but is still in very serious condition. Her friends, her family – we all covet your prayers for DC2 (as I refer to her).
